Views on the Issues
This is a partial list of issues taken from a variety of websites, including CNN and NY Times. This article will NOT explain how to make these things HAPPEN, only to express how I feel about them. TAXES
Get rid of the IRS. Fund the Government with tariffs, excise taxes, etc. like they did BEFORE 1913. Income tax was initially intended to be only TEMPORARY. GUNS
EVERYONE should have the right to own a gun, especially when it comes to defending oneself. It's called the 2nd Amendment. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
All ILLEGAL immigrants should be deported. NO amnesty! They broke our laws just coming into OUR Country in the manner that they did. IRAQ
Bring the troops home! Stop the military occupation in all OTHER countries as well. We don't NEED to be the "World Police". ABORTION
This is a PERSONAL decision. It's MY body and I know my circumstances better than anyone else. I should have the option to do what I NEED to do.
Example: If I'm not financially ready and birth control fails, it's going to be MUCH cheaper to end the pregnancy than to have a child I CAN'T afford. (and NO, I'm not giving up sex LOL) SAME SEX MARRIAGE
Your sexual orientation should not be a qualifier to get married. Gay and lesbian couples should have the same options as heterosexual couples. I will be voting in the Primary February 5th and the General Election November 4th. My candidate of choice is Ron Paul!
